Ateeq Alcon is a premier design-build firm in South Florida.
Working on residential, commercial, and institutional
ground up builds, tenant improvements, retrofits, fit-outs, recertifications, historic renovation, and more.
From budgeting to concept design to final construction, we can move your project forward from any point in the process.
“ATEEQ really shines when it comes to running the actual job site itself. That’s when I also realized the level of complexity when it comes to permitting, licensing and inspections. Every subcontractor that was hired on his behalf delivered on time, quality and budget.”
Nicolas Rodriguez, South Miami Residence
“The team at ATEEQ have been an absolute treat to work with. Prompt, responsible, creative, and just overall great communication. Not to mention the VR & AR capabilities they have for you to full immerse yourself into the project. Truly top of the line team. Thanks guys!”
